CAREERS AT OBSERVV

Build the future of autonomous flight.

What to Expect

  • We are a small team that moves fast and questions every extra gram, rupee, line of code, and step in the process.
  • We want to go from whiteboard to flight tests in days.
  • We believe in full-ownership. You own your piece of the plane, from napkin sketch to failure report. Launch it, fix it, fly it.
  • Our goal is to deliver thousands of autonomous planes that change how the world moves cargo. If what you're doing doesn't get us closer to that, stop doing it.

Why You Might Not Like Working at Observv

  • We work on-site, right next to our aircraft and airfield, 6 days a week. There's no remote work here. Building the future means being present, together, at the airfield and in the hangar, every day.
  • We don't have middle managers or project babysitters.
  • Feedback is direct and appreciated. You'll hear what's working and what isn't—fast.
  • We push hard, then we recover. You'll work intensely, but when you're off, you're really off.

TLDR; We Like People Who Are

  • Highly technical
  • Highly autonomous (pun intended)
  • Highly driven
  • High in emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Low in ego
